Business Hours
Business hours are typically: 5pm-9pm EST, Monday thru Friday, 5pm-10pm EST, Saturday, and 5pm-9pm EST, Sunday unless otherwise noted. You may not receive a response outside of normal business hours, but I will respond to all messages. Returns/Exchanges/Cancellations
Due to the nature of the products CeCe D Cr8tionZ, LLC offers and the fact that they are custom made to order I do not offer refunds or cancellation once payment has been processed. However, if we, CeCe D Cr8tionZ, LLC makes an error we will remake the order.
You must contact us within two (2) business days of receiving the item(s) to inform us of the error. At that time you, the buyer will be given authorization to return the defective item(s) at your expense to me, the seller for inspection. All returns should be postmarked no later than (7) seven days after original delivery has occurred.
If you do not contact us within two (2) days of receiving the package I will not replace. Note: if your items arrive as ordered or shown delivered by USPS, refund for replacement will not be accepted.
Shipping
Ensure that you double check your shipping address. CeCe D Cr8tionZ, LLC will not be responsible for returned packages due to an incorrect address. The customer will be responsible for any fees incurred to have the package re-shipped to the correct address.
If an item is delivered but the buyer is unable to locate it, please call your local post office as they have GPS coordinates and can help you locate it.
CeCe D Cr8tionZ, LLC makes no guarantee of delivery dates as final delivery is by a third party service. Dates shown at checkout are estimates only.
When an item with free shipping is purchased, CeCe D Cr8tionZ, LLC reserves the right to determine what shipping method is used.
Shipping Methods
All packages will be mailed through USPS or UPS based on the buyer selection at checkout and will include tracking. The buyer will receive an email with the tracking number once the order has shipped. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.
UPS can NOT ship to PO Boxes; the buyer must utilize USPS shipping methods for PO Boxes.
Route Package Protection is automatically added to every order on the site. When Route is purchased, the buyer can easily file claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages in the unfortunate case that this happens. When a claim is filed, it will be reviewed for approval for a reorder or refund within 24 hours. This will be automatically added to your cart and is only 98¢ if your cart total is under $100. Fees then minimally increase for orders over $100. If the buyer chooses to remove Route from your cart, the buyer is then accepting responsibility for what happens to the package should an unfortunate situation occur. No store credit, refunds, or replacements will be sent on behalf of CeCe D Cr8tionZ, LLC.

Coupon/Discount Codes
Only one coupon/discount code can be used per customer per transaction please. Coupon/Discount codes incorrectly used will warrant in your order being cancelled without notice. Coupon/Discounts codes must be applied at the time of purchase and cannot be credited back after the purchase is complete.
Coupon/Discount codes are NOT eligible on sale items, subscriptions, or pre-order items.
Smile Rewards
CeCe D Cr8tionZ, LLC rewards with Smile / Butterfly Gems. To earn and redeem points you must be logged into your account. Points are earned on the total amount purchase, including taxes and shipping but excluding other discounts. If part of the order is refunded, points will be deducted from your account.
Other
CeCe D Cr8tionZ, LLC reserves the right to refuse anyone’s business and/or remove anyone from our website, social media pages and/or accounts for any reason.
CeCe D Cr8tionZ, LLC reserves the right to change the policies, terms and conditions of this shop at any time without prior notice.
